About the Company
City & Estate Gardener, LLC was formed in 2003 with the purpose of providing professional landscape gardening services to Providence, Rhode Island and the surrounding areas. City & Estate Gardener is owned and operated by Thomas R. Bennett. Tom is a Rhode Island Certified Horticulturist and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture from the University of Rhode Island.
